We’ve been producing high-quality, all-natural beef for over two decades. Located in the heart of New Plymouth, Idaho, we are a third-generation family farm committed to providing premium beef that’s fresh, flavorful, and humanely raised. What began as a small operation selling to friends and family has grown into a trusted direct-to-consumer beef business serving the local community.
At Shoemaker Lazy S Ranch, we raise our cattle using sustainable farming practices. Our grass-fed Angus and Hereford cross cattle are raised without added hormones and are only given antibiotics when medically necessary—never as a routine measure. This approach ensures our beef is as natural and wholesome as possible.
Once our cattle are ready for processing, we partner with USDA-inspected Northwest Premium Meats in Nampa, Idaho, where every cut is handled with care and quality assurance.
